Passport Requirements:
For international trips, passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the tour’s end date. Additionally, passports must have at least as many blank visa pages as the number of countries to be visited and must not be torn or damaged.
Personal Information Accuracy:
All personal information provided at the time of booking must exactly match the details in the traveler’s passport. Any costs arising from cancellations or modifications due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Airline Regulations:
Our company acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and operates under the 1955 Hague Protocol (28/09/1955). Flight schedules and routes are subject to change, and all departure times must be reconfirmed 24 hours before travel. We are not responsible for any delays or schedule changes made by the airline.
Seating arrangements on flights depend on availability, and we cannot guarantee adjacent seating. To increase the chances of sitting together, travelers are advised to arrive at the airport early.
Flight Ticket Policies:
For some group tours, flight tickets may not be eligible for mileage accumulation, class upgrades, online check-in, refunds, or changes. Travelers should confirm these details with their travel consultant at the time of booking.
If online check-in is available, it is the passenger’s responsibility, while our agency can assist with seat reservations only.
Any excess baggage fees due to exceeding the airline's baggage allowance will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Tour Itinerary & Additional Tours:
The tour itinerary, including optional excursions (if any), is a sample program. It may be subject to changes due to flight schedule adjustments, unforeseen circumstances, or other operational reasons, while maintaining the overall content.
Travelers cannot demand a refund based solely on the modification of a listed destination.
Optional tours may be subject to changes or cancellations depending on vehicle availability, the number of participants, or the tour guide’s discretion.
Accommodation & Hotel Policies:
Our company reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category of accommodation.
In some tours, multiple hotel categories may be available upon request. However, the tour guide, transportation, and itinerary remain the same for all participants, regardless of the selected hotel category.
In triple rooms, the third bed may be a portable or rollaway bed rather than a standard bed.
Hotel check-out time is 12:00 PM, and check-in time is 2:00 PM. Some hotels may have different policies, in which case, the hotel’s regulations will apply.
Local Regulations & Entry Restrictions:
If local authorities restrict access to any attraction or destination for any reason, the related tour or visit will not take place.
Siamtur acts as an intermediary between guests and consulates for visa applications. If a visa is denied or a traveler is denied entry at the border for any reason, Siamtur cannot be held responsible.
Child Discounts:
Discounts for children aged 2-12 years apply only when the child stays in a double room with an extra bed as the third occupant. This discount is valid for one child per two adults.
Payment & Contract Terms:
The tour price must be paid according to the terms specified in the tour agreement, with the full balance settled one month before departure.
